With the 5G Model, students' Academic, Social, Psychological, Physical, and Mental development are monitored holistically at all levels. ERA College provides education to thousands of students from kindergarten to high school with ERA YES (Innovative Education System). The innovative education system is supported by 5 core criteria forming the 5G Model: Academic, Social, Psychological, Physical, and Mental Development. The essence of the 5G Model is to determine the strengths and weaknesses of students with different body, mind, and personality structures, reinforce necessary areas with extra classes, and achieve positive goals in cooperation with families by tracking results step by step.
At ERA College, we implement our education programs integrated with technology, with alternative learning environments, new applications, and dynamic programs without compromising on quality. Life and Career Skills, Values Education ensure students possess social and emotional competence. Essential life-long skills and career choice skills are developed. Individuals who adopt humane values, live by them, and strive to spread these values are raised. With Learning and Innovation Skills, students are enabled to effectively integrate academic knowledge, art, and sports into their lives within the common teaching areas of all courses.
The foundation of the ERA College Psychological Counseling and Guidance Unit work is to help students know and understand themselves, support them in developing their talents and skills, foster positive behavior and social skills, develop an intrinsic learning motivation necessary for academic success, and assist them in improving themselves in problem-solving and decision-making. In our college's 5G Development model, the guidance and psychological counseling unit, which is a major part of mental, physical, psychological, social, and academic development, holds an important place in our students' education. The primary purpose of all our work is to place our students at the center, bringing them into society as fully equipped, environmentally sensitive individuals who know themselves in every aspect, realize their needs, can realize themselves, and are conscious, healthy, and happy.
At ERA College, assessment and evaluation lie at the heart of the education system. The goal of assessment is not simply to measure student success, but to realistically reveal in which course or learning outcome they need support, and to take measures to meet these needs within the student, teacher, and parent triangle. In line with this purpose and our Innovative Education System, documents consisting of new generation questions offer the opportunity for rational evaluation of students.
Preparing our students for all exams they will take is accepted as one of the primary goals of our education system at ERA College. Accordingly, our students are prepared by our experienced academic staff for the LGS in the 8th grade and the YKS in the 12th grade so that they do not need additional support. Throughout this preparation process, our guidance service supports students and parents with individual meetings and seminars. Our students complete their academic development with our rich variety of documents and high-quality lectures, while grasping test-solving techniques, learning to use their time efficiently, and preparing for the exams in the best possible way.

In ERA College kindergartens, with a "Child-Centered" approach, children are encouraged to develop positive attitudes toward school, learning, and inquiry, and to communicate effectively with peers and teachers. Development of children's cognitive, social-emotional, language, psycho-motor, and self-care skills is targeted, while supporting the development of their sense of learning and curiosity, and research-inquiry-problem solving skills. Children are given the freedom to actively participate in activities and select play materials, helping them socialize while supporting personality development.
Being aware that the primary school period is a very crucial and valuable period where our students' development is fastest, we continue our work at the highest level. We work in cooperation with parents to ensure our students are curious, highly imaginative individuals with social and emotional resilience, preparing environments for them to transfer what they learn to daily life. We prepare our students for the next stage of education by ensuring their mental, physical, psychological, social, and academic development is fully completed.
In today's world where having the competencies of the age is of paramount importance, middle school education carries critical value. The education system at ERA College is based on a foundation that aims to learn by doing, experiencing, and having fun, and perceives research, discovery, and learning as a philosophy of life. Our schools provide the environment where our students can prepare completely in academic and social aspects for the next stage of education.
ERA Colleges prepare their students not only for a higher education institution but also for life with education environments that touch life and an experienced staff. It aims to raise lifelong learning individuals who adopt ethical values, can communicate in two foreign languages, are tolerant of different cultures, have historical consciousness, think scientifically, have developed analytical skills, and are sensitive to the environment.
