BRANCH COORDINATORS TYT EVALUATIONS
2024 TYT Philosophy
The comprehension level of the questions is higher compared to the previous few years. It can be said that philosophy paragraph questions are quite confusing for students.
2024 TYT Chemistry
As expected, the topics were in line with the basic achievements. The questions were at a level that the students could easily do. We also received questions from the topic "Atomic Models", which we have not seen any questions about for a few years.
2024 TYT Biology
The questions are in accordance with the MEB curriculum achievements. Of the 6 biology questions, 3 of them cover 9th grade topics and 3 of them cover 10th grade topics. In general, the questions are knowledge-based but also question the ability to interpret figures. The exam includes easy and medium level questions. As a result, 2024 TYT Biology questions are at a level that can be answered by any candidate who has basic biology knowledge and studies regularly.
2024 TYT Turkish
Distinctiveness in Turkish questions is provided by meaning questions. It was observed that the paragraph questions, which were shorter than in previous years, were again distinctive questions. Grammar questions are created from easy questions. Four questions were asked from the meaning unit in the sentence, four questions were asked from the meaning unit in the word, and twenty-six questions were asked from the meaning title in the paragraph. From grammar, questions came about the elements of the sentence, sentence types, phrases, spelling rules and punctuation marks.
2024 TYT Physics
The questions are compatible with the MEB curriculum. 3 of the questions were asked from 9th grade subjects, and 4 of them were from 10th grade subjects. Questions generally do not involve any action but require comment.
2024 TYT Date
The questions measure reading comprehension and interpretation skills from the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade curricula. The difficulty level is medium.

The question was asked about the "Abolition of the Sultanate", which was the only innovation made with the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and before the Treaty of Lausanne.
2024 TYT Geography
We can evaluate the questions under two headings.
The first is to examine the similarity and change in the subject distribution of geography questions compared to last year and the difficulty level of the questions.
|
TOPIC DISTRIBUTION OF 2023 TYT GEOGRAPHY QUESTIONS
|
TOPIC DISTRIBUTION OF 2024 TYT GEOGRAPHY QUESTIONS
|
When the subject distribution is evaluated, it is seen that ÖSYM asked questions on the same topics in both years, except for a few topics. The most important difference between them is that while questions about the climate graph and its characteristics are asked every year, this format was skipped in 2024. Instead, the effect of the atmosphere was questioned. In addition, paying attention to the change of Turkey's vegetation along an altitude step and questioning where it can be seen on the map, and questioning the disaster situation in Turkey on a local scale, stood out as the most critical questions of this year.
When the difficulty level between the two years is compared, the 2023 TYT geography questions are open to interpretation, easy and medium difficult, while the 2024 TYT geography questions were prepared and asked in easy, medium difficult and difficult levels and the difficulty level is quite higher compared to last year. The most important factor that increases the difficulty level is the inclusion of knowledge-based questions.
The second is about what skills geography questions question in the student and whether our students, as ERA College, are ready for this format.
2024 TYT geography questions questioned the student's map reading skills and graphic interpretation literacy. The questions measure the student's memorization ability as well as his knowledge experience and draw attention to his ability to interpret and apply this information from an analytical perspective.
As ERA College, when we evaluate the feedback from our students and the results they have made, we see that we, as a school, employ our students with the right resources and prepare our students with the right teaching methods, and we are happy to achieve success at the end of this process.
2024 TYT Mathematics
The questions are generally at a medium - easy level.
Although it is a slightly more difficult exam compared to the 2023 TYT exam, it is not a difficult exam in itself.
Except for the 16th question, no language that would cause problems in reading comprehension was used in the questions. A more accurate explanation would be provided if the question pattern in the 16th question was arranged as "which of the following could be possible?"
Questions related to problems in the exam are more eliminative than other questions.
Geometry questions (31 - 40) are at the same level as the previous years' questions and are easy questions.
