It can only be put into practice when the family becomes a role model and instills these values ​​in its child at an early age. These values ​​become permanent as schools and teachers join the child's life at later ages. As ERA Colleges, we aim to raise awareness and reinforce these feelings through various events throughout December.

It is very difficult for human beings to live alone due to their creation. People learn to do business with solidarity as a requirement of living together in society. In every period and in every area of ​​life, people help each other not only in material situations but also in spiritual situations, whether they are aware of it or not.

In order to overcome difficulties in life and make progress towards success, people; They need each other's strengths, ideas, emotions and possibilities. Where one person's power and means are exhausted or insufficient, another person's power and means come into play and play an active role in achieving success. Wherever there is COOPERATION, all difficulties will be overcome more easily, and the sense of unity and solidarity in society will progress with more confident steps and bind the society together.

Mutual satisfaction of people's material or spiritual needs through COOPERATION and COOPERATION strengthens social awareness. In this way, feelings of peace, trust, togetherness and happiness are strengthened by establishing a "heart bridge" within society, especially between individuals; The commitment between individuals becomes stronger.
