As social beings, we begin to form relationships from the moment of birth. This adventure, which starts with the family, continues by establishing friendships. Schools are one of the primary areas where people make friends and socialize. In this area where peer relationships are established, students not only develop socially but also take new steps morally, emotionally and cognitively. In this way; The relationships a child establishes with his family and friends affect the personality he will have in adulthood.

The basis of our friendships is that we mutually value each other's essence. We maintain the friendships we have established by opening our hearts to each other within the framework of kindness and peace. Peace; It exists in societies that can communicate, have a sense of togetherness and see differences as wealth. When peace is achieved, sharing increases and relationships in which sincerity is at the forefront occur. With the FRIENDSHIP and PEACE value of November, we aim to establish a peaceful environment by establishing good communication with those around us at our ERA campuses, finding common ground. We know that the social development of children who grow up with tolerance, respect and solidarity is successful. Thanks to this development, which also affects adulthood, our students communicate more easily and achieve success. Thanks to our students who learn these positive attitudes towards differences, our society is in peace and prosperity. Achieving peace is also possible through sharing. We aim to increase sincerity, sharing, peace and friendship among our students with the group guidance activities we conduct with our students on our campuses.

It is important to understand the abstract concept "peace". When teaching the concept of peace to children, one should not be results-oriented. In other words, instead of talking about the negativities that may happen to the child if peace is not achieved, we should be taught why we should be pro-peace. In this way, the child will learn the goodness of peace and act willingly to reveal this goodness, instead of showing this behavior to escape the negativities that may occur as a result of his behavior. Children who learn this concept will be able to establish friendships more easily by being tolerant towards their environment.
