5G Model

ERA College offers education to thousands of students, from kindergarten to high school, with ERA YES (Innovative Education System)which it created by combining the most advanced education techniques. The innovative education system is supported by 5 basic criteria: Academic, Social, Psychological, Physical and Mental Development, which constitute the 5G Model.

The essence of the 5G Model is to determine the strengths and weaknesses of students with different body, mind and personality structures, to strengthen the necessary aspects with additional lessons, and to achieve positive goals in cooperation with families by following the results step by step.

Academic Development

At ERA College, programs are implemented with the understanding of "Raising students who learn to learn, are aware of why they learn, and can use learning as a tool rather than an end". Students' achievements are tracked 360° with new generation rich reporting systems and course successes are improved with effective consultancy systems.

Social Development

ERA College aims to raise students who can communicate effectively, have high self-confidence, and have a solution-oriented approach to problems and obstacles through club activities, adaptation programs, planned events and activities.

Psychological Development

The psychological development of all our students is kept under control with the programs and inventories prepared by the ERA College Psychological Counseling and Guidance Unit. As a result of organized classroom activities, student and family seminars, preventive guidance studies, workshop activities and individual interviews; Students who have high self-confidence, are aware of their individual characteristics and accept them are raised.

Physical Development

At ERA College, students' physical characteristics, nutritional habits and health histories are monitored. In line with its development programs, it aims to raise students who know nutrition, control their bodies, and see and live sports as a part of their lives.

Mental Development

With the mind exercise programs in the ERA College education system, students' cognitive skills such as visual, auditory, emotional, attention and memory are evaluated and reported, and their mental development processes are monitored.
