Turkish language and literature curriculum at ERA College; In general, it aims to provide students with the power to fully and accurately understand what they see, watch, listen to and read. 

With this program, students; 

To recognize the subtleties of the Turkish language and the changes and developments of Turkish literature throughout history through literary texts, 

To understand national, spiritual, moral, cultural and universal values through works of Turkish literature, 

To learn effective communication methods by using listening, reading, writing and speaking strategies correctly and appropriately, 

The aim is to develop reading comprehension and critical reading skills through texts and to gain reading habits.

The achievements in the Turkish language and literature curriculum are closely related to daily life because Turkish, our mother tongue, finds a place in every moment of life. Therefore, as ERA College, we aim to raise awareness of the mother tongue as well as explaining the subtleties of Turkish through the literary texts of Turkish literature; It is aimed to protect national, spiritual, moral and universal values.

At ERA College, our students follow the course curriculum on the one hand, and on the other hand, prepare for the exams with YKS contents without the need for any external support. 

Based on the goal of raising individuals with a reading culture, one lesson per week is planned as a book reading activity at all levels. Thus, we support the development of our students' communication and self-expression skills.

Today, the constant increase in information and technology directly affects education. The main purpose of our education system is to prepare students for tomorrow's living conditions in a rapidly changing and developing world, to educate them in a way that will meet their needs in changing and changing conditions and adapt to modern life. For this reason, we constantly renew mathematics learning and teaching practices in line with changing living conditions. 

As ERA College Department of Mathematics, our aim is to raise individuals who can understand the mathematics needed by our developing and changing world without breaking away from the traditional understanding of mathematics, who can reveal the mathematics and mathematical skills that exist in daily life, who can use the knowledge they have acquired in the problem solving process, who can restructure their knowledge, and who can solve the problems they encounter with mathematical reasoning, instead of individuals who memorize the information.

During the education period, we use our resources to identify problems that reinforce visual perception and exist in daily life as topics for our students, and in our exams, we ask questions from daily life that require mathematical reasoning. With the trips we organize, we ensure that the visual perception of our students is shaped by the use of mathematics in daily life.

As ERA College, we implement an intensive preparation program for the exams by providing our students who are preparing for YKS with a variety of rich and effective resources.

Physics; It is a science that helps understand the order, events and functioning of nature in the universe. As ERA College Physics Department, our students; We aim to help them understand the events in the universe, gain awareness about the nature of science, and associate the principles, principles and methods of physical science with events or situations in daily life.

At ERA College, our students access knowledge through physics lessons and are equipped with the skills to use it effectively. They understand scientific literacy and the nature of science. They can use technology and produce new technologies. They can create functional projects and comprehensive and original designs. They can use their research, questioning, examination and critical thinking skills, which are a requirement of the information age, in all areas of life. They learn about the scientists who contributed to the development of physics. They can obtain data by conducting experiments and reach generalizations by interpreting this data.

We give exam-oriented lectures to our students preparing for YKS and solve questions that they may encounter in the exams. According to the results of the measurements and evaluations of the exams we administer, we determine the subject deficiencies of our students and conduct studies to complete these deficiencies.

We organize trips to science centers, space observatories and science museums to follow scientific developments closely. With the science festivals and quiz competitions we organize, we ensure that our students are always active and reveal their own designs through project work.

Chemistry; It is a branch of science that studies the structure, properties, interactions of substances and the changes that occur as a result of these interactions. The main purpose of chemistry is to study the building blocks of matter. Chemistry also conducts research on issues such as environmental pollution, waste management and sustainable energy sources.

As ERA College Chemistry Department, our students; We aim for them to master the concepts and symbolic language of chemistry, to discover the relationship between the properties and functions of various chemicals that have entered daily life, to become aware of the effects of chemicals on human and environmental health, and to gain awareness of their correct use. 

At ERA College, our students develop discipline-specific science field skills and conceptual skills together with chemistry.

At ERA College, our students get to know the science of chemistry and its historical development on the basis of cause-effect relationships. They become aware of career awareness and entrepreneurship. They gain information about the scientists who contributed to the development of chemical science in the world and their work. They can use the knowledge and skills they acquired in chemistry class to explain events related to daily life, health, industry and the environment. They can distinguish the positive and negative aspects of chemical technologies reflected in life. As ERA College Biology Department, we aim for our students to gain the ability to use biology knowledge and applications in daily life, to be willing to produce new ideas, to be aware of technologies developed inspired by living things, and to be willing to make similar innovations.

At ERA College, our students can establish a relationship between biology class and daily life. They can make functional projects, comprehensive and original designs and inventions. They can evaluate the effects of science and technology on the lives of humans and other living things. They grow up as individuals who respect nature and living things. They recognize some scientists who contributed to the field of biology throughout the history of science. They can actively participate in scientific discussions and evaluate these discussions. They gain knowledge about the laws, theories, processes, principles, hypotheses and experiments in biology. Historically important settlements and museums are unique places where history lessons can be taught with visuals. For this reason, cultural trips are planned that broaden the perspectives of our students by taking them out of the classroom environment and taking them to these places.

History is a science that objectively examines the cultural and civilizational characteristics and lifestyles of human communities living in the past, in a cause-effect relationship, by specifying place and time. History is the memory of nations.

With the history course at ERA College, we aim to provide our students with the skills of chronological thinking, establishing cause and effect relationships, perceiving change and continuity, conducting research based on historical inquiry, historical analysis and interpretation. We convey abstract concepts and contents of historical science to our students with concrete historical examples.

As ERA College, we attach importance to transferring the events of history to new generations by using digital technology in our history lessons. We contribute to the development of our students' emotional and intellectual worlds with our trips to historical places and activities related to important days and events in history. We guide our students to become individuals who adhere to Ataturk's principles and reforms and protect their national and spiritual values.

At ERA College, we teach our lessons by following the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of National Education. In the YKS studies carried out to prepare for the TYT and AYT exams, our students are systematically prepared for the university exam with subject explanations, question solutions and weekday and weekend course studies.

The connection between place and people forms the basis of geography. The characteristics of the natural environment in which humans live, the interaction between humans and the natural environment, and the human and economic activities that occur as a result of this interaction are within the scope of geography. Geography, which enables the individual to have information about the country and the world, starting from their immediate surroundings, has a special value in the globalizing world.  As ERA College, we attach importance to our students gaining geography literacy skills in line with this awareness. In addition to improving their academic skills, we aim to help them become individuals who produce rather than consume and have awareness of a sustainable and livable environment.

By making mini model studies of landforms, we explain the formation process of the relevant shapes and provide a sense of time.

Our students, who gain different benefits from geography lessons at all levels of high school, get to know the region, country and world they live in better with the knowledge they acquire. They know where they live and plan their future in harmony with the natural environment. They act with the awareness of protecting the natural environment by having knowledge about natural conditions. They are aware of the danger they may encounter in nature and take precautions.

Religious culture and ethics course is a course that helps the student recognize religious and cultural values, makes sense of the impact of religious life on behavior, and conveys these to the student. Religious culture and ethics course consists of a curriculum integrated with other disciplines and daily life within the framework of values ​​and competencies. The aim of the religious culture and ethics course is for students to have values ​​such as justice, friendship, honesty, self-control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism and helpfulness. In line with these objectives, it is aimed at ERA College for students to understand and adopt basic values ​​and to act in accordance with the values ​​they have. At ERA College, religious culture and ethics course is taught taking into account approaches such as constructivist teaching model, multiple intelligences, student-centered learning and skill-based.

Our vision in the religious culture and ethics course at ERA College is to raise individuals who realize the role of religion in giving meaning to human life and who have the skills to live together with differences.

As ERA College, we prepare our students for YKS in the religious culture and ethics course. In addition, the results of the trial exams are evaluated by our experienced teaching staff and studies are carried out to identify the deficiencies of the students and eliminate them.

With the Philosophy course at ERA College, our students; We aim for them to question, respect different ideas, acquire a culture of discussion, have the ability to interpret with original, independent, critical and logical thinking, and to be aware of the change and development in human thought.

With the Philosophy course at ERA College, our students;

As ERA College, in the Philosophy course, we help our students first get to know their own lives, embrace basic values, stay away from prejudice, respect different thoughts, and think freely and versatilely. We also aim to raise awareness of our students about the events taking place in our country and around the world and to develop their world of thought.

In our philosophy lessons, we work on helping our students read paragraphs quickly, understand what they read, improve their question-solving skills and prepare for YKS.
We are trying to raise awareness among our students by preparing events for World Philosophy Day, which takes place in November. We aim to bring honors to our school by preparing our students for the Philosophy Olympiads held every March.

With our music program at ERA College, our students;

Physical education and sports course includes all educational processes that will help our students participate in physical activities and sports and develop their physical, mental, emotional and social skills in these processes. 

At ERA College, during this education process, we make broad-based plans to help students improve their physical and mental health, physical skills, socialize and find their personalities, taking into account factors such as their age level, readiness, interests and expectations.

In physical education and sports lessons, we try to develop our students' basic skills such as muscle strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility and agility. By teaching them to exercise their bodies and minds at the same time, we instill in them that sports is a way of life and requires disciplined work. We teach basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, badminton, athletics, gymnastics and artificial climbing sports at the basic level. We aim to increase the viewing pleasure of our students in the sports matches they watch by mastering the rules of these branches of sports and to raise sports awareness.

We prepare our students for school sports competitions between classes, between campuses, and in the province and district, starting from in-class tournaments with after-school team training. In this process, we strive to provide our students with positive personality traits such as acting together, supporting each other, communicating well, respecting, knowing themselves, being patient, setting goals, managing time and struggling with difficulties. We ensure that our students learn friendship, friendship, sharing and competition by experiencing it.

With the information technologies and software course, we aim to raise individuals who keep up with the rapidly developing technology and use technology correctly and consciously in their daily lives. We work with an educational approach that emphasizes our students' conscious use of technology, respecting social and ethical values, standing against cyberbullying, and seeking information from reliable sources.

At ERA College; Following the scratch training starting from the 5th grade, we provide robotic coding, Arduino and vex robotics training. While these trainings create a positive development in our students' algorithm analysis and analytical intelligence, they are also effective in understanding and analyzing new generation information content. Our students, who can use Microsoft Office programs at an advanced level, can code, troubleshoot simple computer problems, and also gain knowledge about online computer programs. 

We offer our students the opportunity to implement their own unique designs, starting from simple animations, games and stories, in our technologically equipped workshops, with coding training. Thus, our students have the opportunity to show their potential through district, provincial and country festivals and technology competitions where they can exhibit the applications or products they design.

ENGLISH PROGRAM

ERA College's English language teaching is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the Communicative Approach is used.

At ERA College, we teach our English course by doing pair work, group work, drama, debate exercises and presentations, using different digital-based web tools.

As ERA College, we provide high school English courses as Main Course, Skills and Speaking. We focus on grammar and vocabulary studies with the digital-based documents we use in Main Course lessons. In Skills lessons; We take reading, writing and listening skills to an advanced level and carry out studies to develop critical thinking skills. In speaking lessons, we provide environments where our students can express themselves comfortably and learn the language by experiencing it. We teach our lessons with native English teachers and Turkish teachers who are experts in their fields. With the digital platforms we use, we strengthen our students' reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, while also contributing to their vocabulary and grammar development outside of school.

We create language preparatory classes for our 11th and 12th grade students who want to study a foreign language during the YKS preparation process. As part of this preparation process, we conduct vocabulary studies, text readings, translation and grammar studies with our students. We support these studies with tests and trial exams.

GERMAN PROGRAM

ERA College German teaching is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (GER) and the Communicative Method is used.

At ERA College, we teach German in 9th, 10th and 11th grades using the learning by doing and experiencing method. Our lessons are student-centered and based on communication and practice. To improve listening and speaking skills, we support our lessons with pair work, group work, drama work and debates. Thus, we aim to prepare our students for their future educational lives as individuals with strong communication skills and high self-confidence when they graduate.

According to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (GER) curriculum, we ensure that our students who graduate from high school reach the A2 level. We optionally support our students to take the Fit in Deutsch 2 exam if they fulfill the requirements of the curriculum offered and allow them to certify that they are world citizens with a certificate.

At ERA College, our expert staff offers a detailed exam preparation program to our high school students in order to prepare for the Higher Education Entrance Examination (YKS) starting from the 9th grade. 

The aim is to support the holistic development of our students with the 5-Part Development System (physical, mental, social, psychological, academic development) that we adopt in every level of education. For this purpose, in the 9th and 10th grades, a program with applied and theoretical courses is offered, as well as activities to help them gain social skills, while in the 11th and 12th grades, a more intense theoretical program and an exam preparation process are offered. 

We aim for our students to reinforce their achievements in line with the curriculum of the Ministry of National Education with our subject-explained books, question banks, sheet tests and trial exams. 

In the studies included in the program as a support for the basic courses, basic course achievements are reinforced by repetitions on the topics covered and students are enabled to gain the habit of taking tests with additional resources solved on the relevant subject. 

10. By introducing a profession to our students at the end of the class, it is aimed for them to choose the right field and achieve success in YKS with these choices. 

           In the 11th and 12th grades, our students enter the YKS preparation process intensively. In this process;

ÖSYM question logic is instilled in our students by frequently conducting TYT and AYT trials and solving YKS questions from previous years after the lecture. 

After the trial exams, our students' Development Monitoring Report Card and Success Monitoring Report Card are analyzed by our expert staff to monitor the current situation of our students and their success during the process. 

After the measurement and evaluation, a study program is prepared in line with the subjects that our students are deficient in. 

In cooperation with our advisors and guidance service, an individual study program is prepared for our students in line with their needs, and the study status of our students is monitored during this process. 

During the YKS preparation process, the guidance service provides information to our students about the YKS System, Motivation, The Way to Success, Efficient Test Solving Techniques, Time Management and Memory Techniques, Ways to Cope with Exam Anxiety, etc. By giving seminars on different topics, we aim to ensure that our students go through this process healthily and successfully. Additionally, Study Behavior Evaluation Inventory, Test Anxiety Inventory, Exam Techniques Inventory, etc. are available for our students. Their needs are met through inventories. 

Our school organizes trips to various universities to help our students set goals. 

After the exam, our expert teacher staff and guidance service continue to provide detailed information about the universities and departments that our students can choose. Our students create their preference list with the information provided in line with the data received from the preference robot. This process is shaped by the cooperation of teacher - student - parent, ensuring that the student achieves success.
