CHAMPION ERA COLLEGE

Tradition does not break at ERA College! 

ERA College is the champion in the International Robotics Championship!

Era College won both the championship and the 3rd place in the 14th ROBOCHALLENGE Robotics Competition held in Bucharest, Romania.

▪️Era College competed in the "Mini Sumo" and "Mega Sumo" categories in the competition in which 644 robots from 20 countries participated.

With the contributions of our robotic solution partner Robotzade, our team competed in the "Mini Sumo Kids" category and made its way to the quarter finals by qualifying from the groups. Congratulations to our “Mini Sumo Kids” category team who gained important experiences.

We will work for even better next year.

Our "Mega Sumo" team eliminated competitors from countries such as Japan, France, Romania, Argentina, Paraguay, Spain, Taiwan and Mexico throughout the finals, and managed to get to both the 1st and 3rd place podiums and sing our National Anthem in the tournament. 

This championship became a source of pride for our country from Era College, Turkey's most technological school, on the 100th anniversary of our republic. 

Following these successes, we became the only Turkish team qualified to represent Türkiye in the All Japan Robot Sumo Tournament, which will be held in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, the most prestigious robot competition in the world!
