October 23 is celebrated as 'Mole Day' all over the world. It is one of the most important days for us chemists. The reason why it is celebrated on October 23 is hidden in Avogadro's number. (Avogadro's number = 6.02 *1023). Every year on October 23, it starts at 6.02 in the morning and lasts until 6.02 in the evening. This year, we celebrated World Mole Day with our 10th grade students.
