At ERA College İzmir Mavişehir Campus, the founder of our Republic, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was commemorated with great respect, love and longing on the 87th anniversary of his passing away. The ceremony, which took place with the participation of students, teachers and parents, was a meaningful day in which the commitment and gratitude to Atatürk's principles and revolutions were once again strongly expressed.
The ceremony started with a moment of silence at 09.05, followed by the National Anthem. In the program, students once again reminded us of Atatürk's ideas, ideals and the legacy he left us with the speeches, poems and oratorio performances they prepared. In the program prepared in accordance with the meaning and importance of the day, the choir consisting of teachers took the stage and sang Atatürk's favorite songs. At the event, which witnessed emotional moments, the values and modernization vision of the Republic, which Atatürk called "my greatest work", were emphasized.
As ERA College, we are determined to walk on the path of modern civilization shown by Atatürk and to keep his principles and revolutions alive. The ideas of our Great Leader will always shed light on us; It will continue to enlighten our future as we progress on the path of science, reason and education.
