Exemplary Environmental Event with Zero Waste Consciousness at ERA College Izmir Mavişehir Campus

We have undertaken another meaningful event that strengthens environmental awareness within the scope of ERA College İzmir Mavişehir Campus, Eco School - Zero Waste Project.

With the contributions of expert teams from Çiğli Municipality Zero Waste Unit, an informative presentation was held for our 4th grade students, followed by a practical workshop.

During the activity, our students; By getting to know recyclable materials, they gained zero waste awareness, had the opportunity to make environmentally friendly production, and learned through experience how to apply what they learned in daily life. Thanks to the workshops, students achieved significant gains in becoming individuals who question their consumption habits and have a developed sense of responsibility towards nature.

With this valuable event, our Eco School project work was successfully completed, and our students experienced with concrete examples how environmentally friendly approaches can be internalized from an early age.
